Let's have a garden party!

We made some Sundew tea-lemonade, packed a picnic basket, and headed to a Jane Austen Regency garden party today! It was a lovely afternoon of touring the house at Gore Place, playing badminton, croquet, eating cakes, and sipping tea. Try some Sundew-ade for your next garden party!

Ingredients:
Sundew tea - 5-6 tsp (or 1 tsp per 6-8 oz of water)
Water - 32 oz
Lemon juice - 1/2 cup
Sugar - 1/3 cup
Hot water (optional)

Directions:
Place Sundew tea in a disposable tea bag or sealable infuser, submerge in water, refrigerate for 3 hours, and then remove tea. Meanwhile, mix the lemon juice, sugar, and a bit of hot water until dissolved.. Mix with the cold brewed Sundew and enjoy!

PS - This has us thinking about Bridgerton again. I wonder what a Penelope Tea would taste like? Hmmm…
